I don’t think of myself as a particularly romantic person even though Valentine’s Day is my favorite holiday. So you can imagine how excited I was to receive my order of Zotter’s chocolates in the mail. I love their chocolate not simply because it’s delicious but because the packaging is a work of art in itself.

If you’re looking for something for a vegan Valentine, try their drinking chocolate. Heat 8 ounces of your favorite plant-based milk. (I put mine in the microwave for about 2 minutes.) Add your drinking chocolate and let it melt for 2 minutes. Stir and let the flavor “bloom” for 2 more minutes. Drink (or chill and add ice for a sweet, cold treat).
